Peace as dynamic reality Peace results from consciousness when we are mindful of our actions and of their impact on ourselves and on others. All walks of life are affected by peace and vice-versa. In order to be peaceful, our own basic needs of various kinds have to be fulfilled. For example, it cannot be imagined without physical health and wellbeing. It implies a positive attitude and desirable habits towards keeping oneself physically and mentally fit.
